Publisher:
Pack and Go
So, you
use Publisher 97/2000 to create your own artwork and you want to bring it in
to us to print? OK, here's how ...
The location of the files should
either be a floppy disk, Zip Disk or a folder to write onto a CD.

Once the destination is chosen,
the publication will be compressed and saved, the unpacker program is also included.
All the fonts, Logos and Images that are in your publication will be included
with this file. This dialogue box just serves as a "this is what's going
to happen next"

Publisher then compresses all the
required files into one document and stores it into the specified location.

Once the file(s) have been created,
this dialogue box appears. This is asking you if you would like to do test prints.
A separation print is really useful for us to have so we can ensure once we
have the document opened, all the colours will print in the right place.

As you can see, there are the files
Publisher has just created. These files contain all the information required
to print a 100% accurate document.

These files will now be on your disk, which you can then bring
in to us and you can be sure that your document will still be as stunning
as you intended.
